Important Information for STi Mobile Users
Make sure you always keep a positive balance in your account. If you do not maintain a positive balance for 14 consecutive days, or if you do not use your phone for 60 consecutive days, your account will be deactivated and your phone number and voicemail account will be lost. To reactivate your account, purchase a Recharge Card PIN then call Customer Care at 1-800-784-3277 to receive a new phone number and voicemail account.
Plan 3 nights are 7:00pm to 6:59am weekdays. Weekends are all day Saturday and Sunday. Calls are billed in full minute increments, and any fraction of a minute is rounded up and charged at the full minute rate. Calls are measured from the time the network begins to process the call (before the phone rings or the call is answered) through the termination of the call. International calls placed to wireless devices may be charged at a higher rate. Airtime may be invalidated if not paid by the retailer. All rates and fees are subject to change without notice. How To Recharge
To recharge your airtime, you’ll need a recharge PIN (Personal Identification Number) from the back of your recharge card, or delivered to you by email.
Dial ‘*555 Send’ from your STi Mobile phone and follow the easy instructions.
